you say your device 'found the internet' without you having to change settings.

You should be aware that a mobile wireless enabled device actively seeks access points, and can attempt a connection.

If your device connected to the internet at home - as you report- then you have security problems with your home network. 

No device can connect to the internet without knowing the WEP key for the LAN,  you must be making the key available 'automatically' on your home network. My advice is to secure your LAN.</description>

		<description>I took the device home last night and it automatically found the internet without me having to change any settings on the handheld itself, so that wasn't too bad!</description>
